Top O' the Mountain
The top of Shafer Butte in Idaho is also the top of Bogus Basin Ski Area, a terrific ski area in the mountains above Boise. At the top is a tree that has weathered all that comes with living there, growing and surviving its own storms of life and periodically getting a sunny day as reward.
